What this preview stores.

Your consent choice is stored in a first-party cookie and browser storage for up to 180 days. Saved ideas and itineraries stay in your browser when you use those features. No account, payment processing or website analytics is connected.

Forms & bookings.

Enquiry forms send your name, email, message and any trip details to info@istaymalta.com for information enquiries or bookings@istaymalta.com for booking and group requests. No enquiry database is used by this plugin. Short-lived hashed email identifiers limit repeated submissions for up to one hour. Messages can be retained in the business mailbox; the final retention policy must be completed before public launch. Please do not include sensitive information. Contact info@istaymalta.com about your personal information. Booking buttons remain sample handoffs; an enquiry is not a reservation.

External services.

Maps use OpenFreeMap and MapLibre, and forecasts use Open-Meteo. Loading these services shares connection information such as an IP address with their hosts. Some photos and Google Fonts are externally hosted. TikTok and YouTube players load only after optional media consent; their own privacy policies apply.

Your controls.

Open Cookie settings to change optional media consent. Rejecting or withdrawing removes embedded players. You can remove saved plans through the planner or clear this site’s browser storage. External links take you to separate services with their own privacy terms.

Before public launch.

This is a prototype privacy notice. The final business controller identity, contact route, lawful bases, hosting arrangements, retention periods and rights procedure must be completed and verified before collecting real enquiries or connecting accounts, analytics and booking services.
